The mechanism of this device is that the operator manually puts the gallons under the nozzle of the device, the nozzle of the device comes down and enters the opening of the gallon by pressing the start button of the device and performs the injection operation inside the gallon. On which the gallon is placed, it is on the load cell tray. The failure of the injection valve of the device is related to the load cell tray. After the weight of the gallon reaches the specified weight, the nozzles come out and the operator must manually remove the gallons from under the nozzle and replace the empty gallons. The lids of the filled gallons are closed manually and locked with a special wrench for gallon lids.
